I was cleaning the hall closet the other day when I stumbled upon a notebook. It belonged to my grandmother. It was recipes written in Romanian including “Stroganoff de Căpşuni” which is Romanian for “Strawberry Stroganoff.” Below are links to some of her recipes (in English) as well as my recipes.
The first two recipes are my grandmother’s specialties. The last two are my own culinary creations. I will be posting the rest of my grandmother’s recipes as soon as I get them translated from Romanian.
